We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our Information Technology team for Winter 2027. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting technology operations in a professional business environment and is an excellent opportunity for students looking to apply classroom knowledge to real-world IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

As an IT Intern, you will work alongside experienced IT professionals and assist with a variety of technology initiatives, including:

Provide technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues for staff.
Assist with system maintenance, including computer imaging, software installation, equipment deployment, and asset inventory management.
Support network and cybersecurity efforts through user account administration, security checks, and backup monitoring.
Assist with technology projects, including implementation of new tools, report development, cloud-based services, and research of emerging technologies.
Document technical procedures and contribute to ongoing improvements in IT processes and user support.

Qualifications:

Required:

Currently enrolled in an associate's or bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
Basic understanding of:
- Computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Microsoft Office applications.
- Windows operating systems.
- Networking fundamentals.
- PHP, Python, and SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Preferred:

Previous coursework, projects, or experience related to systems administration, networking, programming, or technical support.
Interest in cybersecurity, cloud technologies, or business systems.
